Collaboration Options as follows :

Assignment to Developer + Executive Registered Architect / Architect of Record 

• In assuming Ownership of the Design Proposal in order to progress same, the Prospective Developer acknowledges and assents to any and all Inherent Value pre-existing within the Design Proposal prior to the point of transfer of Ownership / Control. 
  
• Developer + Executive Architect assume Total and Irrevocable Responsibility and Liability for the Subsequent Progression of the Design Proposal according to their Specific Commercial requirements on a Non Recourse and Mutual Basis.
