Adaptive Reuse Proposal for Four Courts, Dublin (2017)

The Proposal Illustrates the Potential Enclosure of the Courtyards at the Four Courts by Glazed Gridshell Structures. These Enclosures might facilitate a Reconfiguration of the circulation within the Building and thus the Adaptive Reuse of the Building from Courts Building to Museum at some point in the Future. Such Future Spaces might be multifunctional – Public Performances, Lectures, Events, Exhibitions etc. The removal of existing trees is suggested in order to enhance the view of the Four Courts Facade. Bridge Links are also explored along with Potential for a Masterplan to Merchants Quay.
