Proposal for a series of High Quality Apartments to the Southern Edge of Phoenix Park, Dublin. Influenced by Apartment Buildings situated in the Orchard Road District of Singapore ( Scott’s Road / Grange Road / Devonshire Road / Mount Elizabeth Area / Patterson Hill etc). Case for Proposal is based on the idea that Phoenix Park is so large as to be capable of absorbing a moderate amount of Development if it is of sufficient quality.
Building Cladding to be predominantly Dark Brown Metal Finish with some Green accents in order to blend with Parkland setting. Planting / Green Wall sections as indicated. Site faces south onto River Valley with Large mature trees which would complement Development of this nature (Refer to aforementioned Singapore Development)
