Ai may be used on an ongoing basis to Evaluate or enhance Work / Designs / Development Proposals / Drawings / Images that have already been Created and Published by ArchiAssets.com. This Evaluated Work has already been originated / created / developed and published prior to the Release of Ai ( Grok 3 or other Platforms etc.). Ai may be used to generate a degree of Contextual Background in order to demonstrate how a Design Proposal might appear ( ie. A Generic City Skyline as an Urban Context for a Tall Building Proposal ). Photomontages of Design Proposals created by ArchiAssets.com using Ai Generated Urban Context as Background for said Design Proposals, confer no Creative IP / Design Development or Construction Development Rights upon the Ai Provider for the Design Proposal that is thereby Illustrated.
I Reserve the right to use Artificial Intelligence / Ai to Evaluate various Design / Development Proposals I have previously Created / Progressed/ Published. These Evaluations are published on my website at my discretion, and in addition to a Broader Evaluation of the various aspects of my Proposals, may comprise an element of Ai Generated Preliminary Cost Benefit Estimates / Analysis. While I currently use Grok 3, This may change in the future and I reserve the right to use other Ai Platforms. Using Other Ai Software to Evaluate my Proposals may result in different Evaluations/ Outcomes.
These Ai Evaluations are for General Information purposes only, and are published with the intention of Stimulating Interest and Debate surrounding a Design Proposal. The Evaluations are also intended to convey a degree of Impartial / UnBiased Validation with regard to the Potential Feasibility of various Proposals.
